Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on November 12, 2018 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Stoddart and first husband the late Joseph Richard.
Loving mother to Bruce Richard (Irene) and stepmother to Nancy (Fred Tackmen), Bill Stoddart (Marianne), Dan Stoddart (Claudette), Grace (Chuck Slater), Cathy (Jim Beaulieu) and Jim Stoddart (Sue).
She will be forever missed by her 12 step grandchildren.
Cherished sister to Mearl (Late Muriel), Arthur (Lillian), Earl (Darlene) and Ida (Roland St. Aubin). Sister in law to Pat Richard.
Elva is pre-deceased by her parents Rose and Esaie Richard and her oldest brother Riel.
Friends and family are invited to visitation at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held at the Eganville Baptist Church on Friday morning at 11am. Reception to follow. Interment to be held at 3pm in the Otter Lake Union Cemetery.
