Obituary for Alice Carolyn Camelon (Elliott)
CAMELON, ALICE CAROLYN (ELLIOTT)
DECEMBER 27, 1929 – FEBRUARY 25, 2023
Mom passed away peacefully at the Bonnechere Manor, after a brief illness at the age of 93.
Predeceased by dad, Gerald and a granddaughter Kimberly Brydges. Mom’s parents, Wilfrid & Margaret (Closs) Elliott. Loved mom of, Diane Gorra, Donna (late Garry) Brydges, Merrill (Donna), Brenda Moran, Sherrill (Jeff Riopelle), Jack (Maureen). Proud Grandma of, Cindy (John) Helsby, Teri (Stefan) McDonald, Tracy (Rob) Mackin, Scott (Andrea) Brydges, Kevin (Nicole) Moran, Keri (Mitch) Moran-Cherry, Troy (Megan) Riopelle, Jessie (Chris Rathbone) Riopelle, Erin, Liam & Emma Camelon. and fur baby, Bella.
Great Grandchildren, Alicia (Jay), Jeff, Tori, Xander, Brieanna (Jeremy), Bianca, Makenna, Carson, Braeden (Jasmine), Cody, Skylar, Hollie, Hanna, Andee, Jansen, Ellis, Blair, Keegan, Persephone, Landyn, Dayne, and Willow.
One Great Great granddaughter, Sierra and soon to be Great Great grandson, baby Mackin.
Survived by siblings, Jack (Joan) Elliott and Verna Gorra. Predeceased by Vincent (late Ruth) Elliott, Keith (late Jean) and Leola (late Lindsay) Tetlock. She will be missed by the Camelon Family, many nieces and nephews as well as good friends, Al & Lynn Stegal.
Mom lived a full life and raised us well. Always surrounded by the love of her family and many others we brought home with us! She was so proud to say she took care of her grands and great grands until she wasn’t able to do so.
Special thanks to the staff at Quail Creek and most recently the Bonnechere Manor HM2S for their care and support.
Mom’s final care has been entrusted to the Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. At Mom’s request, there will be no service, cremation has taken place. Burial will be in the spring at the Hillcrest Cemetery.
