It is with the heaviest of hearts we announce the sudden passing of Blayne Clayton Edward Commanda who died in his home on March 23, 2023 at the age of 31.
Blayne will be deeply missed by his beloved girlfriend Emily Agnew, his mother RoseMarie (nee Ostroskie) and his two brothers Ross (Taylor Cockerill) and Micheal (Shantelle Coleman). Cherished uncle to Cassius, Ciera, Corbyn, Cianna, Emily, Sage and Michael. Blayne was predeceased by his father Clayton and brother Tyson.
Blayne left this world as a devoted family man, compassionate and kind. His unique sense of humour was sure to raise an eyebrow and bring a smile to your face. He holds a special spot in the hearts of his many aunts, uncles, cousins, community and friends and will be greatly missed. Blayne’s passions included graphic arts, comics, nature, family, Emily, video games, Yu Gi Oh card collections, knives, tattoos and Halloween.
Blayne was taken from us way too soon… the world is a lesser place without him.
Professional arrangements entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Blayne's Life will be held at a later date. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the CAMH (The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health). Tributes, condolences and donations may be made online at www.zohrfuneralhome.com
"You can shed tears that I am gone, or you can smile cause I lived. You can close your eyes and pray that I will come back, or you can open your eyes and see all that I have left. Your heart can be empty because you can’t see me, or you can be full of the love that you shared with me. You can turn you back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember me and only that I am gone, or you can cherish my memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back, or you can do what I would want: Smile, open your eyes, love and go on."
