Dale Schlievert, of Haley Station peacefully passed at Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Saturday, February 18th, 2023 at the age of 75with his much loved daughter by his side, throughout his final days. Beloved husband of the late Bonnie Smith. Dale had 2 children; Constance Schlievert of Renfrew and Karen Grimm (Blaine) of Medicine Hat, Alberta.Dale was step-father to; Trevor St. Pierre of Renfrew, the late Trent St. Pierre, and Tracy Larocque (Mike) of Ottawa. Dale had a total of 16 grand and great-grandchildren.
Dale was a son of the late Hughy & Loretta Schlievert, and brother to the late Ronald Schlievert, Valerie Peever (Delbert) and Donald Schlievert (Kathleen). Dale will be missed by his nieces and nephews; Tracy Schlievert, Christine Waite (Jamie), Barbara Peever (Grant Gauthier), Angela Schlievert and Amanda Schlievert.
Visitation will be held at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew on Friday, February 24th, 2023 from 10am until the time of service in the chapel at 11:30am. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Horton Cemetery.
