McGregor, David Gilmour peacefully at Renfrew Victoria Hospital with family by his side, on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at the age of 63. Predeceased by his beloved parents Gilmour and Annabelle (Butler) McGregor. Dear brother of John (JoAnne) and Murray (Lorraine). Proud uncle of Adam (Sara), Mitchell (Katie), and Macy (Vikas) and great uncle to Mason, Avery, and Nyle. He will be missed dearly by his cousin Beverly Byrne. David loved Lochwinnoch where he was born, raised, and lived out his years proudly on the family farm. He loved to drive around admiring the community and he enjoyed spending time with his regular visitors, including Neil, Chris, Steph, Duncan, Ray and many others. He was a farm boy through and through, and could run a tractor like no other. David had a passion for talking and he had the special skill of keeping the room laughing with his stories, songs, and antics. David was a real historian and he loved to share his knowledge. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his home care worker Anneliese and all the staff at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital. A special thank you to Morgan Delarge. Morgan was David’s home care nurse who shared a very special bond with him.
