Passed away peacefully and in comfort after a nice day of family visits and phone calls on January 6th, 2021 at the age of 85. He leaves to mourn his wife of 65 years Jean (Fraser) and his children Byron (Debbie), Dianne (Eddie) Bonnie, Terry (Debbie) Gail (Ken), Brenda and Randy along with 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Eugene and Margaret, sisters Jean, Birdie, Olive and Lois and survived by brothers Garnet and Vivert.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Hospice Renfrew, Renfrew Victoria Hospital and all health caregivers for their excellent care and support.

Donald's final care has been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions a private family farewell was held and cremation has taken place. Hopefully, we will be able to join family members and friends this summer for an afternoon of friendship and music in Donald's memory.
