February 8, 1935 - May 11, 2022
With deepest sadness we announce the passing of Donald Schultz on Wednesday May 11th, 2022 peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, at the age of 87. Son of the late Otto and Augusta Schultz. He is survived by his loving wife Joan (nee McClennon), his three sons Dwayne (Sandi), Danny (Shawnda), Doug (Linda), his seven grandchildren Matthew, Brady (Sam), Julia, Jory (Chelsea), Kayla (Dillion), Dylan, Kristy (Adrian) and three great grandchildren Maddison, Avery, Declan. Donald was like a member of the 4H horses, hunting, hounds, and hockey and was an avid outdoorsman.
Donald's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville. Visitation will begin Sunday, May 15th, 2022 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. A brief period of visitation will be held on Monday, May 16th, 2022 from 10:30-11:00am, followed by a service in the Zohr Family Chapel at 11:00am. Interment will follow at St. John's Anglican Cemetery, Eganville. A reception will be held at the Eganville Legion following the interment. Donald was a cancer survivor for 15 years, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Tributes, condolences and donations may be made online at www.zohrfuneralhome.com
