Obituary for Doreen Eleanor Elliott (Boal)
With extraordinary courage and grace, Doreen passed away peacefully at Bonnechere Manor in the early morning of Friday, November 4, 2022.
Cherished and adored by her daughters Jane Elliott (John), of Pakenham, Tracey Mackenzie (Greg) of Renfrew, Grandsons Matthew (Erin) and Graeme Zavitske of Ottawa, Spencer Mackenzie (Shyanne) of Sarnia, Blair Mackenzie (Kennedy) of Renfrew, her sister in law Doris Handford and great granddaughter Olivia Zavitske. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Isobel Boal, husband Bob Elliott, sister Heather Leskie and daughter Lynne Zavitske.
Doreen will be fondly remembered by many but especially her bridge club ladies for her generous and caring heart, her infectious smile and her willingness to always help.
Professional services have been entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. A private family graveside service will be held at Rosebank Cemetery.
