Ms. Frances J. Klygo (nee Bielawski)

Our hearts ache with deep sadness and solemn regret that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Frances Klygo of Round Lake Centre, and more recently Mississauga, Ontario, in the early morning of Friday October 21st, 2022 at the age of 89.

Born on January 27th, 1933 in Pembroke, Ontario, Frances was one of seven children parented by father Frank Bielawski and mother Rose (Tessie) Yutronki of Round Lake Centre.

Frances passed away peacefully at Tyndall Nursing Home in Mississauga after a lengthy stay at their facility.

Frances is survived by her sisters: Monica Chapeskie and Anne Recoskie, her children: Marie Dombroskie, Bernadette Voldock, Andrew Klygo, Patrick Klygo, Henry Klygo, Frances (Franny) Hache, Elizabeth (Liz) Russell, Anastasia (Tessie) Klygo, Joseph Klygo, Philip Klygo, and Agnes Ryckman, her grandchildren: Greg Tallon, David Dupuis, Tom Dupuis, Cindy Dombroskie, Anita Holly, Edmund Voldock, Amy Voldock-Stickland, Joseph Voldock, Caroline Pilgrim, Edward Jr. Voldock, Sammy Voldock, Timothy Klygo, Laurie Klygo Bowers, Adam Klygo, Christine Hull, Bryan Forbert, Jeffrey Klygo, Chris Hache, Kevin Russell, John Kohl, Melanie Kohl, Eliza Kohl, Chad, Kandace and Alissa Ryckman, as well as her great grandchildren: Conner, Patrick, Nicholas and Cloe Dupuis, Thea and Asha Holly, Wade, Eden, Riggs and Gemma Pilgrim, Austin Voldock, Emerson, Elliott and Everett Voldock-Stickland, Drayton Voldock, Ryland, Chase and Hudson Voldock, Zachary and Noah Klygo Bowers, Leah and Logan Klygo, A.J., Sean and Mack Hull, Greg Tallon, Kelsey, Kyara, Dorian and Dawson Hache, Memphis, Jordin, Bailey and Clayton Russell, Madison and William Kohl, Ryan Kohl and Landon Ryckman.

Frances was predeceased by her parents Frank and Rose Bielawski, her siblings Edward Bielawski, Francis Jr. Bielawski, Agnes Schmidt, John Bielawski, her ex-husband Bazyli Klygo, her son Frank Klygo and her grandson Shawn Russell.

Special gratitude and thanks to all the staff and personnel at Tyndall Nursing Home for providing care for Frances. She did not like living there all that much but staff were kind and caring to her over the years, which is appreciated beyond words.

Frances was married to Bazyli Klygo at St. Casmir’s Church in Round Lake Centre, Ontario on October 2nd, 1951. Frances was a mother of twelve children who she raised and loved as best as she could. She was a strong, independent woman who displayed a determination at life that was awe inspiring.

Frances will be deeply missed and held in grateful remembrance by her loved ones.

A Celebration of Frances’ Life will take place at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Killaloe on Tuesday, October 25th from 10:00am- 12:00pm, followed by a graveside service at 12:30pm in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Wildlife Road.

We will also be sharing our thoughts and final goodbyes to our brother Frankie Klygo who passed away Saturday March 27, 2021.
