Passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones on the early morning of March 4, 2021 at the age of 71. Cherished husband of Arleen (nee Kinder) for 52 wonderful years. Loving father of Lisa (Lawrence Lemay), James (Anna) and the late Patricia. Loving grandfather of Samantha, Amy, Nathan, Mitchell, Braden and Kayla. Dear brother-in-law to Adell (Eldon McDowell) and Joycine Dodd. Garnet will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, friends and family.
