It’s with extreme sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our father, Kenneth Patrick William Welk, he was born on the Augsburg Road family farm on October 12,1942, he passed peacefully at home on August 30, 2020 with his eldest daughter and a dear family friend, Kellie by his side.
Ken was the adoring companion of Marion Wisotzki, loving father of his girls Suzie and Lori Welk (Scott) and the proudest Poppa of Cole Fitzgerald, Ty Ott, Nicholas and Mia Richard as well as Madelene Wheaton. He is survived by his sister Patricia Boldt and numerous nieces and nephews. Ken was Predeceased by his wife Patricia Welk, his parents Walter Welk & Grace Kelly, step-father Daniel Kelly, eldest sister Marion McNamara and brothers in law Gary Boldt and Joseph McNamara.
Professional services have been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville and a private celebration of life will be held at a later time.
