July 17, 1939 - January 3, 2021
On Monday, January 3rd, 2022, Marie Violet Schison got her wings and went to walk with the angels. Marie was a wonderful mother and grandmother, and had a strong faith in God above. She passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital with family at her side.
Marie was 82 years of age, born in Cobden, Ontario, but lived in Quadeville most of her days. Marie was predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Violet Collins, also of Cobden, and her husband Earl of Quadeville. She is survived by her children Bud Schison (fiancé Rhonda), Juanita Behnke (husband Marshall), Hal Schison, Brian Schison (wife Margaret), Keith Schison (wife Michelle), Darrin Schison (wife Irene), David Schison (wife Marion), Donald Schison (wife Wanita) and Wayne Schison (wife Marjorie). Marie had many grandchildren and great grandchildren that she adored and loved to pieces and had special ways of showing and expressing her affection.
Marie had a love for books and loved to read. She read her bible cover to cover many times.
God looked around his garden and found an empty space. Then he looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful as he only takes the best. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2021 at 12:00pm at the Quadeville Pentecostal Church by Pastor Steve Kohls. The service will be recorded and published to Marie's online memorial page Friday evening. Tributes and condolences may be made online at www.zohrfuneralhome.com.
