Obituary for Joyce Levesque
At the age of 73 died peacefully in her home with her daughters and granddaughter by her side in the early morning of December 26, 2021.
Joyce was born October 6, 1948, in Pikwakanagan, to Dorothy Commanda (Meness) and Allan Commanda. She was a great mother, sister, aunt, friend and nanny to many. She loved all, accepted all, and will always be remembered for her loving heart.
Joyce is survived by her husband Rejean Levesque, daughters Victoria (Arylin) Luloff, Genevieve/Benny Commanda, Jessica Levesque and son Duane (Karen) Levesque; Grand Children Angelina (Nina), Caylah, Branden, Deanna, Chyvonne, Kara, Jordan-Lee, Malayia, Wyhatt and several great grandchildren. Her sisters, Jacqueline Sarazin, Valerie Smith, Jane Commanda, Budgie Nadeau, Shelley Belaire, Cynthia Tenniscoe-Commanda, her brothers, Robert Commanda, Alex Commanda, Rocky Commanda, many nieces, great-nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
Joyce was predeceased by her parents and sisters Genevieve Commanda, Helena Gaudry, Christine Logan, Judith Commanda, and brothers Joe Commanda, Guy Commanda, Nelson Commanda, Timothy Commanda and Clayton Commanda.
