Obituary for Doreen Schruder
Doreen Schruder (née McMahon), 78, passed away on January 18, 2022, at the Ottawa General Hospital with family by her side.
Doreen is preceded in death by her parents Marie and Stephen McMahon, and son Bobby Schruder.
Doreen is survived and greatly missed by her loving partner, Wayne Bernard, her children Corinne Day, John Schruder (Val), Lori Boudreau (Tony), and Karen Schruder, her sister Doris McLean (Lloyd), along with her nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A vibrant woman with a great sense of humour, Doreen will be remembered for her generous heart, love for her family and her animals.
Professional arrangements entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
