Obituary for Michael Lawrence Eno

Michael Eno passed from this life in the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Saturday, January 16, 2021. The family of Michael "Mickey" Eno request that everyone who has felt his kindness and appreciated his assistance over the years will remember him with fondness and love.

Michael is survived by his dear sister Catherine MacMaster, his loving wife Marian Eno (Pooler), cousin Muriel (Moody) Stewart and children Susan, Laurie, Michael, James, and Mary-Jane, Grandfather to Alexandra, Leanna, Jaqueline, Jennifer, Rebecca, Dylan and Anna. He was also a great grandfather to Santino. Dear "Uncle Mickey" to many nieces and nephews, with special gratitude to Cathy and Tom Schweiger who helped during difficult times.

Michael was raised in Ottawa and worked at General Motors in Oshawa until his retirement when he moved to Round Lake. He celebrated nearly 66 years of marriage, raised a large family and created a legacy. Anyone who met Michael was profoundly affected by him and the kindness he showed to neighbours and locals alike. He will be greatly loved and missed by many.

Professional services and arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral home, Killaloe. Due to the pandemic, Michael's funeral service will be smaller than we'd like, but a Celebration of Life will be held in the summer.
