Obituary for Morna Regina Mullin (Devon)
Morna Mullin (nee Devon) at 95 years of age, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2022, at Valley Manor Nursing Home in Barry’s Bay, Ontario.
Morna was the 8th of 12 children born to Timothy and Gertrude (Conlon) Devon. She married the late Martin John "MJ" Mullin in September 1951 and they lived together first in Sault Ste. Marie and then on the family farm in the Killaloe area. She is survived by 8 children Linda Wolvin, Karen and Boyde Vincent, Doris and the late Jonathan Ellis, Edith and Marvin Nelson, Kenneth and Maureen Mullin, Becky Mullin and partner Terry, Larry Mullin and fiancé Lucy as well as Lesa and Dwight Gienow. She was predeceased by her daughter Patricia Reinhardt. Morna will be remembered with joy by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Morna was a blessed woman, who showed great love, strength, and perseverance throughout her life. She was an accomplished seamstress and baker and shared her talents with 4-H groups for many years. She served as a Lionette and loved quilting, good books, bingo and both jigsaw and crossword puzzles.
She has left the lives she touched with many treasured memories.
Professional arrangements have been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Killaloe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 11:00am followed by interment in the parish cemetery.
