BENNETT, Myrna
After a courageous battle, Myrna passed away peacefully on July 5, 2022 with her family by her side. Survived by her loving husband James of 31 years, and their wonderful blended family of 5 daughters, Sheila (Joey), Janet (Larry), Teri Lynn (Brent), Cindy Sue (Rich) and Wanda (Shawn). Myrna was a proud grandma to 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Myrna is predeceased by her parents Gerald and Esther Verch. Dear sister of Darlene (Kornil), Delmer (Judy), Edna (late Robert), Esther (late Nelson) and Fred, as well as sister in-law of the late Darwin (Josephine), late Rita (late Percy), Christina (late Keith), Helen (Andrew), late Ruth (late David), Joan (David) and Mary (late Murray). She will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and a multitude of friends. The family would like to extend a thank you to Dr. Erin Kelly for her care and compassion through Myrna's courageous battle.
Arrangements entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville, where visitation will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 12:00-12:45pm followed by a funeral service at Grace Lutheran Church, Eganville beginning at 1:00pm. Burial Melville United Cemetery.
