Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 20, 2022 in his 71st year. He was the beloved husband of the late Maureen (Rathier). Dearly loved father of Brent Turcotte (Crystal Winkley), Kelli Holm (Kevin), Shawn Lavigueur (Megan), and Ashley Philpott (Tom). Loving grandfather of Brandon, Ayva, Jordyn, Jacob, Makaila, Kylin, Noah, Caleb, Isaiah, Callie, Blake and Lane. He is survived by his sister Jackie Clark (Brian) and his sisters-in-law Bernice Tyo (Bob), Christine Deschamps and Shelley Lamarche. Stewart will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Henry and Agnes Lavigueur.
Visitation will be held at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville, on Thursday, November 24, 2022 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm and Friday morning from 9:30-10:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James the Less Church, Eganville at 11am. Interment Parish Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Eganville Food Bank, or the Union Mission for Men (The Ottawa Mission) would be greatly appreciated.
